Welcome to the About Us for Bid4Me.org ("About Us"). The services available at www.Bid4Me.org are provided by the Quality Media Limited team ("Bid4Me", "we", "us" or "our").

Bid4Me is a site that allows you to sell yourself (email address) in an auction format. Registered users may place themselves up for auction and may bid on other users. To register, you must provide your name, address, and a confirmed PayPal email address.

You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, User Agreement and Non-Paying Bidder Policy before you may become a user of the Site. We strongly recommend that you read the Terms and Conditions and also access and read the information contained in the other pages and websites referred to in this document, as they contain further conditions which apply to you as a Bid4Me user.

There are no fees associated with registering, listing a basic auction or selling on Bid4Me. Only the successful bid winner will be charged the final bid that he or she made.

We therefore request that you follow these simple rules to enable the site to work as intended:-

ALL OTHER ITEMS ARE BANNED AND WILL BE PROMPTLY REMOVED

DO NOT INSERT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS OR CONTACT DETAILS:
- WHITHIN AN AUCTION LISTING
- AS A REPLY TO A POSTED QUESTION

ALL AUCTION WINNERS MUST COMPLETE THE TRANSACTION USING PAYPAL:-
- BY CLICKING THE LINK IN THE END OF AUCTION EMAIL RECEIVED AND
- WITHIN THREE DAYS FROM THE END OF AUCTION

We reward all members following the rules with half the proceeds their auction or buy now listing generates.*

A quarter of the money generated from successful auctions and buy now listings will be donated to the charity preference selected when listing the auction and in the case of selecting "Bid4Me Charity Fund" what we consider important charities at home and abroad.*

Any member caught in breach of the rules will have their account suspended and may be charged a fee to have their account re-activated.

Dispute Resolution.

Disputes between you and Bid4Me regarding our services may be reported to Customer Support. We encourage you to report all disputes between users to your local law enforcement body.

*The terms "proceeds" and "money generated" are subject to but not limited to money transfer fees and currency conversion fees. For example:

Gross Sale Price - Money Transfer Fee (PayPal) = Net Sale Price

You will receive 50% of the Net Sale Price**
Your charity will receive 25% of the Net Sale Price**

**Money is only issued providing the successful bidder completes the transaction and does not open a dispute in the following 45 days. If these conditions are met you and your charity will receive the money within 60 days from receipt of the original transaction and no earlier than 48 days from receipt of the original transaction.
